Right now, we’re starting small. Intentionally.
The first stay available is Otter Beach.
It's a creekside hideaway tucked into the trees. It’s quiet, private, and just enough. And it’s only the beginning.
In time, we’ll welcome more guests into gently built spaces tucked across the land, each one placed with care, never crowding, never rushed.
This isn’t about scale. It’s about soul.
And about creating something that feels like it belongs.
A super comfy cot with memory foam, feet from the creek
Crickets singing. Fireflies flickering. Leaves dancing overhead.
Zero-gravity chairs, a firepit, and total quiet
Coffee in a French press. Real dishes, wine glasses, and a charcoal grill
A cooler for your provisions... and all the time you need to breathe again
No schedule. No pressure. Just space to soften (and maybe have an otter sighting).
You’ll be alone, but not isolated.
We’re close if needed.
Perched on a quiet ridge, Orion is our first dome stay.
It's a 6-meter sanctuary tucked into the woods, with two massive stargazer panels overhead
so you can fall asleep under the stars.
It’s fully off-grid, solar powered, and accessible only on foot (a quarter-mile hike, gently steep at the end). You’ll park in the pasture below, and we’ll shuttle your bags while walking you in and giving you a personal orientation. When it’s time to leave, we’ll deliver your bags to your car.
Inside Orion:
A king-sized bed in the loft
A pull-out king sofa with a memory foam topper
A heated rainwater shower and composting toilet (don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it)
A kitchenette with burner, fridge, dishes, cookware, and a watercooler for drinking
Coffee porch and patio set under the stars
Bedding, towels, lantern, board games, and art supplies provided
This is off-grid comfort, with a sky full of stars and not a neighbor in sight.
Orion is expected to open in September 2025.

You just have to feel the pull.
Maybe it’s a solo reset.
Maybe it’s a retreat you’re dreaming up.
Maybe it’s the idea of learning from the land again.
Whatever brought you here, we’re glad it did.
You’re welcome to stay connected, however it feels right.
