Terms of Service – Wild Woods Retreat

Welcome to Wild Woods Retreat. By booking a retreat, staying on our property, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are
Wild Woods Retreat is located in Greeneville, Tennessee, on 30 acres of forest, creek, and farmland. We offer farm education, retreat experiences, private group bookings (including tent-based retreats), and farm stay activities. We are not a campground or glampground.

2. Reservations & Payments

Individual Reservations:

A deposit may be required to reserve your stay.

Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Private Group / Retreat Bookings:

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (linked).

Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but confirmed reservations are always honored at the booked rate.

3. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:
Respect the neighbors, land, animals, and facilities.

Honor our quiet hours from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Park only in designated areas at 20 Collins Rd. - never, ever in the street or on neighbors' properties.
Avoid illegal substances and unlawful activity.
Supervise children at all times.
Follow safety guidelines shared by Wild Woods staff.
Failure to follow these rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

4. Risks & Liability
Staying at Wild Woods Retreat involves outdoor activities and natural environments. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that:

Wildlife, uneven terrain, and natural hazards exist on the property.
You participate in all activities at your own risk.
Wild Woods Retreat and its owners are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your stay.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and blog (including text, photos, and branding) is owned by Wild Woods Retreat. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
