Private Group Retreats at Wild Woods

For the ones who guide, gather, and create space for shift.

You Hold Space For Others.

Here, we hold it for you.

Wild Woods is a private off-grid retreat space for small, intentional groups who want to unplug, reconnect, and move something forward—whether that’s healing, creativity, or clarity.

We're not a venue in the traditional sense.

No whiteboards. No buffets. No concrete walls.
Just trees, tents, trails, and the kind of quiet that changes people.

Available Now: Tent Retreats Under the Trees

For 2025, we’re offering a limited number of private, tent-based retreats.

Tents hold up to 4 guests (on memory foam cots)

Rainwater showers, composting toilets, and privacy under the canopy

Hosts bring their people, programming, and passion.

We provide the land, setup, and support.

Shared spaces include a large event tent, fire circles, lawn games, and creek access.

Ideal for coaches, creators, therapists, or circle leaders who want to guide a weekend of reconnection, without having to worry about the logistics.

We can also help bring in extra perks, like a professional photographer, yoga instructor, SWAG bags, and more.

The Shift Weekend

September 18–21, 2025
An off-grid pause for women in transition.

This 4-day tent retreat isn’t a structured seminar.

It’s a soulful reset.

The Shift Weekend brings together women who are ready for a change.

Not necessarily a life overhaul... just space to listen, move, create, and reconnect.

Expect:

Meditation, pilates, creek time, and hypnosis

Art, journaling, campfires, and foraging walks

Community, but no pressure

Chef-cooked meals, memory foam cots, and warm outdoor showers

No cell towers.

No performative productivity.

Just the woods, the quiet, and a weekend of soft but serious shift.

What's Coming Next

Eventually, our private group retreats will move into beautifully designed domes

and ridge-top structures.

Each one placed with intention, never crowding the land.

We'll be able to host larger groups, with a shared venue space for teaching,

circle time, or creative gatherings.

But even as we grow, one thing won’t change:
We’re building for resonance, not for scale.

If you’re called to host something meaningful here, we’d love to hear from you.
